YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for relevant business units (Agro and Electronics).
Accountable for financial performance targets.
Drive accelerated and sustainable growth in line with business strategies and targets.
Enable cross industries collaboration and synergies to maximise Brenntag’s value.
Stimulate and develop market intelligence within the sales team to pursue market growth and deepen market penetration, e.g. attracting new customers, applications, and innovations.
Work with your peers in other regions to share best practices, learnings, solve problems, and devise new initiatives and improvements.
Building strong relationships with key customers and effective account management
Prepare and conduct business reviews.
Manages sales team forecast, inventory management and receivables.
Annual sales budget creation.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry / Chemical / Science or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience or relevant work experience in a Chemical/Petrochemical company.
Good English (Verbal and Written)
Effective communication and presentation skills to all level
Willing to undergo Living Values Education training.
