You will assist and drive plans with the team in Indonesia with focus on execution of strategic Service objectives, processes, and policies
You’ll work closely with a team of Hempel colleagues from Sales, R&D, Customer Care, and other internal functions to deliver exceptional service to the customer. You will be the first point of contact coordination, to follow-up & liaise with external (include customers & related bodies) and internal TS department to ensure they are kept up-to-date with the progress of their service job for Hempel services required.
Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:
To distribute and allocate workload between the team members (Coating Advisors) based on their availability, capability, technical knowledge etc. to provide effective and efficient service to fulfil customer request received from different channel.
You will be responsible for managing and motivating the team members on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, developing and driving team performance.
Ensure global processes (and tools) are implemented & executed according to given guidelines to deliver the agreed short- and long-term results.
In alignment with Service functions, ensures the deployment of a customer-centric and efficient delivery model
Collect progress update information from CA’s reports, to process and ensure all reports are delivered in a timely manner as per Hempel’s reporting guidelines.
First line to assist customer complaints with receiving, records, handling and distribute it to complaint management/technical team to be processed.
Manage TS office equipment’s, consumable items and other internal tools. Ensure tools are correct calibrated, and that the items and tools are available.
To assist and support the development and implementation of company procedures and policies;
Perform Task Risks analysis if site environment and activities required are different from guidelines
Ability to lead processes and projects. Ability to support and lead business processes at country and support for regional level.
We are looking for a local manager with strong customer focus and communication skills
Our ideal candidate is highly analytical and organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and whom should also enjoy working in a collaborative and fast pace environment.
What are we looking for?
Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree and with 3-5 years relevant experiences
Industry related experience includes, delivering services or coatings in shipyard or shop line or refineries/plant environment either as applicator, yard or paint maker experience.
NACE 2/3 or FROSIO 2/3 certification
Has a strong customer focus, good at planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments and consistently achieving results, even in tough circumstances.
High level of analytical thinking, gets things done, and good at creating a climate in which people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives
People management experience with minimum of 3 years.
Good English business proficiency (oral and written) and reporting skills
Able to travel within short notices and valid driving license for motorbike and car.
