JOB DETAIL

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring qualified human resources provided in accordance with company’s needs and timely.
  • Ensuring training administration is well organized
  • Monitoring implementation of medical checkup for employees & new hire.
  • Ensuring e-learning of new employee program runs well.
  • Preparing recruitment and selection process based on approved MPP & NER.
  • Preparing psychological test, interview and technical test schedule.
  • Preparing and monitoring training administration.
  • Provide and updating Training Historical Record that to be used for next Training Plan.
  • Building and maintaining relationship with related external provider.
  • Arranging external provider pitching for medical check-up every 2 years.
  • Reviewing agreement with external provider and asking suggestion to legal department.
  • Arranging medical check-up schedule every November - December.
  • Filling medical check-up result of employees.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Requirements:

  • S1 Psychology (preferably S2 Psychologist)
  • Minimal 1-2 years experience in related field.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Having knowledge of Psychological test, Assessment process, Competency-based knowledge, Talent management, Presentation skill, Administration skill.
  • Have achievement orientation, good interpersonal relationship, customer service orientation, good in negotiation skill, orientation to detail, able to analyze and use sound judgement.
