To ensure business continuity are managed properly in case of any disruption
  • Formulating and organizing IT Governance standards/guidelines for AIA Financial IT group and ensure that the standards are continuously reviewed and up-to-date.
  • Formulate the IT Security Policies and to ensure its alignment with the Group Policies and Procedures on regular basis
  • Communicate the IT Security Policies and ensure continuing awareness on IT Security Policies to all employees and external stakeholders who are exposed to sensitive data.
  • Act as SPOC/counter-part to internal, external and Group IT auditors
  • Manage GOE budget allocated to the team
  • Manage Business continuity management by develop Business Contnuity Plan, perform readiness testing (BC Drill), liase with IT Infrastructure to develop Disaster Recovery Plan and perform Readiness Testing (DR Drill), communicate BCM to employee and review BCM local standard to ensure alignment with group standard in annual basis.
  • Develop AIA's information technology security procedures and overall cyber security framework
  • Evaluate, test, recommend, coordinate, monitor and maintain IT security policies, procedures and systems including access management for both hardware and software
  • Investigate and resolve security incidents such as intrusion, frauds, cyber attacks or data leakage
