Persyaratan

Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably from reputable university majoring Engineering, Science, or Industrial, Supply Chain.
Having minimum 3 (three) years of working experience as Warehouse Coordinator or Supervisor.
Preferable in FMCG, direct selling or Nutrition Industry.
Skill: Good knowledge about Warehouse Management System, Product Handling Control GMP, 5S
FIFO, FEFO, and Leadership.
Familiar with computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word, ERP system (Oracle, SAP)
Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels, preferred in English.
Having analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work under pressure. Tanggung Jawab

Monitor warehouse operation support by Third Party Logistics (3PLs). Inbound, put away/storage, outbound, return, disposal. Monitor and control KPI performance of mother warehouse & Logistics operation (3PLs)
Monitor and control QA process to meet with HBL’s standard (GSP standard)
Monitor and control inventory stock accuracy in mother warehouse. Daily Cycle Count & Annual or half year physical count
KPI reporting and monitoring on mother warehouse.
Procedure compliance: Ensure mother warehouse to carried out proper QA process according HBL’s standard & Improve SOP for mother location
Mother warehouse layout review and improvement
Manage all warehouse service should be comply to the contract terms and period.
Assure bidding procedure has been implement according to the policy
