Responsibilities and Tasks:
Support MES System Maintenance
  • Evaluating existing manufacturing system and ensuring the system ready to be access.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting any errors in the system which may result to capacity loss and quality issues in production
  • Follow change management business process to update and maintain MES system configuration.
  • Ensure change request is closed correctly in timely manner
  • Work closely with change requestor to address areas of concern or making improvements to tracking procedures
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of module assembly processes.
  • Configure and maintain MAM Documents (steps, processes, dispo rules, etc.) according to business need
  • Support and assist tracking implementation, changes and maintenance '
  • Determining problem in the automation or MES system and implementing improvements.
  • Directly support operations with troubleshooting and issue resolution with respect to MES systems.
  • Participates in automation projects with relation to system implementation.

Maintain Attribute Documentation
  • Use the Global Manufacturing Attribute application and process
  • Create and maintain attribute documentation
  • Determine need for new attributes and their impact on all departments
  • Provide information regarding attributes and their usage to the Global Manufacturing Attribute team
  • Approve, reject, and implement proposed attributes
  • Make sound decisions in regards to updating MAM attribute

Maintain Individual Effectiveness
  • Seek feedback for personal development
  • Serve as a resource and to provide direction
  • Interact with team members from different functions to support manufacturing excellence
  • Follow company and department procedures & guidelines
  • Comply to standards in enabling automation solution.

Execute to Plan on Automation Roadmap:
  • Establish project plan and publish Gantt chart for progress
  • Steadfast focus on execution and efficiently handle exceptions/ contingency
  • Drive innovation that reaps significant bottom-line benefits
  • Train the workforce on new systems execution

Establish performance metrics for automation solution at manufacturing network
  • Ensure solutions meet the requirements on payback analysis published
  • Create & publish metrics related to MES system performance
  • Ensure compliance to material control, data collection and traceability requirements
  • Review and drive system performance improvement through CIP program

Job Requirements
Education: Certificate Diploma in Engineering/ IT / Computer Science.
  • Good communicate skills and coordinating abilities to work across various functional team
  • Able to work under minimum supervision
  • Expertise in technical documentation
  • Willing to learn and apply knowledge in new process or system implementation
  • Knowledge on reimaging computers/hard drives backing up and restoring setting candidate encouraged.
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems related to MES systems.
