Job Description:

  • Work to serve all users in Traveloka in relevant to Office Facility Management scope of work either domestic or international offices
  • Prioritise security, safety, health & welfare concern in all aspect of office environment without compromise especially the compliance to its protocols
  • Manage the overall general affair of all offices both domestic and international to ensure that all activities are executed properly as planned & budgeted
  • Oversee & guide implementation of all fit-out projects and its budget for tracking and execution of agreed and approved plans
  • Foster strong & healthy relationship with every owners & building management in all office locations
  • Work closely with Finance, Procurement & People Operations team on regular basis to align P2P process and office/people welfare program
  • Monitor & control to optimise all office administration across Traveloka's offices of Traveloka and its affiliates including but not limited to office event/administrative & logistics, facility & asset management, welfare benefit, hygiene and sanitation, security & safety
  • Own & manage budget for OFM per office location based on demand confirmation with users cross-functionally
  • Lead effort to create & review processes to follow change in the company and utilise data/information to aim for operational excellence
  • Lead collaborations with key users cross-functionally to help validating demand requirements, deliver results that contribute to Traveloka Transport's overall success
  • Conduct inspection of all office facility as part of facility maintenance QA/QC review for sustainability
  • Manage & develop a proactive team with ownership that care to the facility & empathise to serve people
  • Report to CFO periodically & escalate issues/challenge in timely manner

Requirements:

  • Indonesian, Male/Female max 40 years old.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree with at least 10 years work experience in Managerial position leading at least 5 reporting lines
  • Industrial engineering background with Project Management skill is preferred
  • Strong understanding of design, engineering & property related function & needs
  • Experience managing, developing and growing teams - an inspiring leader
  • A natural team player, with a good track record of cross-functional leadership and partnership
  • An energy giver with a positive outlook and the ability to influence the direct team, peers, and leaders
  • Excellent negotiation & communication skills, both in Bahasa and English; ability to organize information in a high-level way to communicate key points to the team & management
  • Service-mindset, critical thinking & solution-driven
  • Enjoy numbers and process; dynamic and proactive to change and improve
  • Detail orientation to assure & control work quality
