Key Responsibilities

  • Definition of injection machines and robot’s setup – process optimization and operation procedures;
  • New tools startup;
  • Experience with new machines and robot’s installation;
  • Advanced experience with new project launch – trial, validation, implementation in the serial production;
  • Advanced experience with the injection molding process, problem detection and troubleshooting;
  • Advanced experience with the injection tools, dryer system for drying resin;
  • Setup of injection machines parameters;
  • Troubleshooting, analysis of process stability – injection process;
  • Preparation of working instructions and job element sheets;
  • Training of machine setters;
  • Communication with internal and external customers;
  • Reporting as required;
  • Participation on audits (verification audits, certification etc..)

Key Qualifications / Requirements

  • Higher or university education;
  • At least 3 years work experience in manufacturing – Injection production;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with tool changing, process set up;
  • Excellent Skills in MS Excel;
  • SAP experience is an advantage;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Communicative person;
  • Analytic thinking;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Team player;
  • Performance oriented;
