We are looking for Direct Retail Network & Development Manager who will be based in Jakarta

Your 'day to day':
  • Develops strategic roadmaps and plans for partnership expansion strategy across Indonesia by conduct feasibility study
  • Responsible for market planning, so to be able to prioritize resources for expansion
  • Translating market feedback into product/business requirements to support business strategies and plan
  • Analyze and report periodically on partnership deployment progress and key indicators to ensure the achievement of business objective
  • Propose improvement in deployment methods, key success parameter, and/or segmentation accordingly when needed through data analysis and fact-based learning."

Who we're looking for:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree from any major.
  • 4 years’ experience in managing franchise or consumer store development experience, having experience in consumer goods or electronic industry would be a plus.
  • Strong business acumen, possess good critical thinking skills and able to exercise independent judgment.
  • Confident and strong communication skills required as you will be interacting with various middle and top management members.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
