Job Description

Analyzing clients' existing systems including Hardware/Network/Software

Manage cycle of internal IT Assets

Designing infrastructure system design including Hardware capacity planning and Hardware/Network/OS/Middleware level security consideration

Drawing up, documenting System Designs and System configurations

Test all changes to networks, hardware, software, and deployed applications

Supporting users on change control and system updates

Maintain and monitor network, storage, security and computer systems to meet the organization's current and future requirements including performance perspective

Configure, and verify backups of critical systems and data.

Performs problem analysis to resolve system issues. Providing solutions within area of responsibility, coordinates implementation of fixes and enhancements. Provides backup for other analysts as required. Responds to critical issues during off hours when necessary.

Prepare status reviews and reports regarding monitoring result and issue list

Working closely with colleagues, developers, venders and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction

Maintain a good working knowledge of current infrastructure and future trends
Bachelor Degree from Informatics Engineering / Informatics Management / Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems and Computerized Accounting

Min. GPA 3.00

Having knowledge about SQL 2000/2005, 2008

Strong analytical and planning skills;

Good communication and presentation skills;

Excellent problem-solving skills;
