Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Editing, writing and copywriting
Policing all communication within the company, develop a standardized guideline for writing skills and format, presentation, announcements
Ensuring that all communications are free of errors in grammar, translations, punctuation and spelling and that it communicates the intended messages clearly, concisely and accurately for the good of the company image
Provide supervision in providing conceptual and creative content for all communications
Coordinating and making speeches and presentations
2. Internal & External Publications
To be responsible in the developing and maintaining company publications that includes:
PRUplanet: monthly two-way communications medium between staff and Management.
PRUgalaxy: quarterly internal magazine distributed to Prudential sales force.
PRUachievers: monthly production reports through internet to Prudential sales force
PRUsatellite: half yearly (twice a year) newsletter to communicate regularly with all customers in order to maintain continuous communications between the company and its customers by providing them with an update information about company’s activities, initiatives, services etc.
PRUinfo, PRUregulation and Announcement from the President Director: a communication medium that is used to inform sales force and employees on the company rules & regulations, updates, etc.

3. Monitor and maintain accuracy and consistency of company’s internal data (Prudential Indonesia, Prudential Corporation Asia and Prudential plc, Prudential Asset Management). Liaising also with the industry (associations), the media, and the regulator (Ministry of Finance) to maintain updated industry data.
4. News summary, filing, and monitoring. Provide insurance-related news summary to relevant parties within the company and work with outsource party in providing the materials. Maintain updated filing of relevant news and data from the mass media in support of company needs.
5. Digital Communications: (Corporate Website and other digital communications)
Ensure that the information in the website is relevant, accurate, up to date and meets the company and the readers needs
Ensure that the web content delivered meets the company guidelines (written, branding, etc)
Periodically work with related department in carrying updating schedule
Explore other digital communications available and implement
6. Others
Managing the team: coaching, motivating, grooming team to be efficient and effective
Help to review performances of PR & CSR manager and GovRel manager
Ensure that all communications are being distributed to related parties
Make sure that that a systematic filing system for all communications are maintained
Planning and monitoring Corporate Communications activities budget
Ensure that all editorial policies and standards are according to company compliance
Archiving
Job Requirements:
Minimum a bachelor’s degree in communications or other related disciplines
7-8 years experience in communications and other related disciplines
Demonstrate experience in conceptualizing, writing, and editing
Strong writing skills and experience in handling crisis
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
