JOB PURPOSE


Plan, manage, control and evaluate the implementation of organization development programs (i.e. organization design, job analysis, job evaluation, work force planning) and corporate culture development (iSTAR, employee engagement, employee value proposition) to meet company’s business requirements and to support daily Company’s operation.


JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES


  • Plan, manage, control and evaluate the organization design effectiveness to meet company’s business requirements and to support daily Company’s operation.
  • Plan, manage, control and evaluate job analysis activities and assist Line Managers in developing job descriptions to ensure clarity and alignment between organization design and cascaded responsibilities.
  • Plan, manage, control, perform and evaluate job evaluation process to determine appropriate job grading for all positions in Chandra Asri
  • Plan, manage, control and evaluate Workforce Planning activities to determine sufficient number of workforce and right organization size.
  • Plan, manage, control and evaluate the implementation of Employee Engagement Survey regularly, including action plan workshop and the implementation of action plan to promote employee effectiveness (engaged and enabled)
  • Drive, facilitate, and work with iSTAR task force/agents in promoting and evaluating the corporate culture reinforcement to make iSTAR as a way of life in CAP
  • Working with Employee Value Proposition task force in promoting and analysing the effectiveness of Employee Value Proposition to create solid and suitable Employee Value Proposition
  • Manage subordinate development needs (e.g. on the job training, development program, coaching, career path, industrial relations, sharing session, etc.) based on gap competency and current and future job requirements, to ensure the suitability of subordinate quality and quantity with organization needs
  • Crafting the draft and or improving the policy and procedure to ensure the new or updated policy and procedure in place among the organization.
  • Real commitment towards SHEQEn (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and Energy) Management System.

Requirements:


  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably major in Management, Business Administration, Psychology or relevant degrees.
  • Minimum 10 years experiences, with minimum 3 years in managerial role
  • Experience in Organization Development, Workforce Planning, and Job Evaluation process in Manufacturing Company, preferably in Petrochemical
  • Certified for JA and JE in KF (Hay) Methods
  • Certified Human Resource Manager by BNSP
  • Good command in English
  • A good communicator who can manage various stakeholders within the organization
