About the Role
Based in Jakarta, as Digital Media Specialist you will be managing paid digital media campaign execution, optimization, and reporting across display, video, search, and others. These campaigns aim to strengthen awareness, drive new and repeat users, and ultimately business results for Gojek. You will be part of a young, dynamic, and results-driven team, and will directly contribute to shaping the future of the team and the business.
What You Will Do
Assist in crafting detailed multi-platform digital media plans aligned with the communications strategy - targeting recommendations, formats, cost, and performance estimates
Coordinate with the marketing team on timelines and requirements such as creative assets and other details
Execute across all buying platforms as required - Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, programmatic, etc - ensuring all SOPs and guidelines are in place
Closely monitor campaigns, analyze, and optimize as needed in order to deliver the most cost-efficient results; troubleshoot and raise issues as they arise
Generate and maintain detailed weekly campaign reports, end-of-campaign reports, detailing all observations, optimizations done, and propose recommendations to improve performance
Work with vendor partners closely to constantly learn about new features and products to improve on campaigns, and come up with fresh ideas
Raise purchase orders aligned with media plans and approved budgets; manage planned versus actual spending on internal trackers
Assist in tests and experiments - provide POV, implement tests and report back findings
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Statistics or relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing planning and buying
Experience in running campaigns on Google Ads, FB, Tiktok, Apple Search, and/or DSPs. Plus point if you're experienced in analytics tools such as Appsflyer and Google Analytics or SQL
Analytical and results-driven - Ability to manipulate and analyze data to come up with action points for optimization and/or experimentation
Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once with meticulous attention and good detail-oriented
Responsible and strong sense of ownership; ability to manage deadlines and awareness of how campaigns affect the business and its customers

The Media Labs team is Gojek’s in-house paid media team that handles both offline and digital planning and execution for all Gojek consumer product markets. We are responsible for bringing to life all our marketing communications across all media channels - TV, billboards, Youtube, Tiktok, and more. We get our brand and product messages out there to build and maintain our awareness, drive new users and retain them.
