Maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the organization, HSE managers coordinate training programs for employees.

Investigates such incidents, establishes the causes and recommends preventive action against a recurrence.

Prepares monthly reports and makes presentations which indicates day-to-day workplace inspection results and workers' response to safety incidents.

Minimum a bachelor degree in Public Health or related major.
Have minimum 5 years experience in Logistics Industry (Road Transportation) / Manufacturing.
Have experience and depth knowledge in Auditor SMK3, Ahli K3 Umum, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 would be advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Have proven experience and intimate knowledge in the following: The implementation and maintenance of SHE Management System.
Auditing experience; Incident investigation and HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) is required.
An individual with high paced, strong in conceptual thinking as well as in operational tasks.
Ability to multi-tasking and manage deadlines.
