Job Descriptions:


  • Performing administrative functions concerned with purchasing documents
  • Preparing weekly & monthly reports
  • Monitor vendor’s reliability and dependability and establishes contacts with prospective suppliers.
  • Secure delivery of required market list items at reasonable prices
  • Follow up on pending Purchase Requests.
  • Review and sign Purchase Orders.
  • Ensure the quality of goods meet company brand standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Purchasing or Procurement Admin
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office)
  • Familiar with administration process
  • Innovative, communicative, and high motivated person
  • Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
