Job Description:
  • Preparing all Account Receivable Invoice
  • Manages accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger of accounts receivable, accrual, and expense both for day to day activities and month-end closing activities
  • Analyze expenditure based on each nature and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper recording of transactions
  • Review and approve invoices to purchase orders, and receive reports for goods and services (three-way matching).
  • Ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policy.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors in finance, accounting or other related fields
  • 1+ year of work experience as an accounting staff or relevant role
  • Familiarity with finance and statistical analysis software
  • Understanding of financial and accounting principles
  • An ability to analyze market trends and provide data-based advice
  • Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
