We are looking for Sr. Order To Cash Analyst who will be based in Surabaya.
YOUR 'DAY TO DAY"
1. Monitors daily collection and ensures collections are deposited as dated to ensure timely clearance of Accounts Receivable
2. Daily and monthly reconciliations of accounts : reconciles unsettled balances to ensure that collection and credit memos are correctly offset
3. Analyze receipts, invoices and payment details to ensure reconciliations are accurate and updated
4. Monitoring of A/R aging and collections to ensure all sales are paid on the agreed terms and conditions, including identify potential bad debt
5. Perform accurate and timely period-end closing activities and provide support whenever necessary on the consolidation and reporting activities including AR Forecasting
6. Prepares ad hoc reports for the team when the need arises and involve in the project that assigned to him/her
7. Ensure compliance with company principles & practices in daily Order To Cash (OTC) operations, timely execution of action plans or recommendations from Corporate Audit, SOX Review and other relevant controls findings, and periodically update the Manager OTC Receivables & Collection
8. Review the process and continuously search for improvements with the aim on ensuring that the business needs are continuously supported. Participate as key user to improve and/or replace existing systems and procedures
9. Organize, manage and control the team members work. Motivate them and encourage their professional growth using trainings and other ways of development and to ensure that they are able to perform all the required tasks.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Min. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economy with minimum GPA 3.00
Have 4-5 years of working experiences in handling Accounts Receivable and Bank daily reconciliation
Able to managed multiple job with tight deadline for reporting and need commitment to perform the month-end closing.
Agility is really important to embrace the change in the organization as well as the job rotation.
Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
Ability to drive Customer Service orientation within the team. Central contact for all the areas that interact with Receivables & Collection Department including active participation in defining collection strategy and execution. Requires active listening to customer requirements and monitor communication between staff and customers to ensure that the team proactively works with the business to solve daily issues and gain efficiency on the process.
Excellence in SAP, MS Office
Having a knowledge in data mining and Power BI will be a plus point
Fluent in English is a mandatory, both written and verbal
Willing to work in Surabaya
