Job Description

Qualifications :

  • Min : 1-3 years of having experience in mass communication
  • Age : Max 35 years
  • Superior speaking and active listening skills
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to organize, motivate and develop positive relationships
  • High enthusiasm
  • Have a great interest in developing inspired restaurant workers
  • Superior in evaluating progress of the trainee
  • Highly discipline and hardworker
  • Good looking

Typical Job Responsibilities :

  • Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
  • Design effective training programs
  • Select and book venues
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
  • Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
  • Support and mentor new employees
  • Keep attendance and other records
  • Manage training budgets
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
  • Monitor employee performance and response to training

Placement :

  • Flexibility based on company’s need between Jakarta, Bandung, Bogor and Tangerang
  • Willing to relocate to any outlet.
