Plan monthly team forecast based on deal focus target of each team member
Arrange and lead daily telemarketing meeting in monitoring team members activity of the day
Review and ensure sales quotation and sales contract are correctly created, sent to and returned from customers
Responsible to ensure team member to use and report their daily activity and sales pipeline as accurate and as details as possible
Responsible to ensure team member understand and align with sales department and company OKR
Provide and arrange training to team members in related to product knowledge and other skills needed for the job related
Ensure team member understand and keep updated with company and department work policy and procedure
Provide daily, weekly and monthly report of team member progress related to sales activity, leads follow up, deal focus achievement, and others to management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information and Technology, or related field
At least 5 years in sales/telemarketing staff position or 2 years in sales/telemarketing supervisor
Experienced in handling team consist of 6-8 people (telemarketing staff) is a plus
Ensure all contracts negotiated on behalf of the HOA are presented in correct legal fashion and vetted prior to implementation.
Mixed use experience a plus.
