Job Description


    • Supporting user from JCI & JCH office including branch office.
    • Travel between office if require.
    • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers.
    • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
    • Support ad hoc global initiative and project
    • Ensure all IT equipment are cover by maintenance and warranty.
    • Submit all IT invoice for payment on time to avoid late penalty charge.
    • Responding to incident, Services request and Vulnerability ticket on time. Meet KPIs set by the IT leadership.
    • Providing technical and application support to users (this may be in person or over the phone).
    • Setting up computers for new users by following JCI process
    • Refresh PC according to JCI PC lifecycle.
    • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
    • Onboarding new employee.
    • Responsible to IT Inventory.
    • Responsible to PABX at Jakarta office.
    • Register new IT Vendor if necessary.
    • Maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
    • Migrate data server to SharePoint.
    • Managing SharePoint for JCI and JCH
    • Support for application and technical.
    • Part of Virtual Agent.
    • Maintaining E-Faktur system
