Job Description:

Work with user to improve and finalize the business requirement and create functional spec document for applications.
Work across business departments to establish reliable and scalable business data processes
Familiar with Functional Requirements, Agile programming, and Progressive Web Apps, knowledge of Mobile and DevOps methodologies is a plus
To bridge between business user and application developer also infrastructure team.
Demonstrate a high level of leadership skills and provide necessary guidance to the respective staff to achieve department goals.
Ensure timely and accurate weekly and monthly reports for management review.

Requirement:

Master or Bachelor in in any field, with preference in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology;
Minimum of 8 years work experience in Insurance Industry
Experience as IT Assistant Manager / Manager at least 3 years
Ability to work effectively in a multitask and high volume environment
Ability to interface and communicate effectively with all levels of employees, middle and top management
Ability to work in fast paced, fast changing environment
Analytical mindset and ability to see the big picture and influence others.
Handle annual IT budget and ensure cost effectiveness
Good knowledge on SDLC, Agile Methodology
Strong leadership & good interpersonal skill
