Responsibilities:
1. Perform call monitoring, transaction review, quality survey and compliments validation in timely manner and appropriately as per process & procedure
2. Coordinate with Call Centre Operations and other unit in CCTR to ensure findings are responded and corrected in timely manner
3. To adhere to professional standards of behavior & conduct in dealing with other staff or customers
4. To ensure accuracy and compliant in all areas
5. Giving any input and coordinate with related unit if any process or system enhancement should be simplified or improved for better customer experience.
