Under the supervision of Country Marketing Lead, Marketing Communications will lead the development and implementation of advertising and communication initiatives for Corteva Indonesia and brand-specific communications, both Crop Protection and Seeds products.
He/she will work closely with Category Managers, Market Development and Sales Team to deliver targeted and highly effective branding and communication activities at the right channel/media/tradeshows.
High focus on leading and delivering campaign development (converting portfolio Managers’ product brief to effective communication strategy which drives and support in consumption/end-user purchases).
He/she will ensure the consistent application of corporate and brand-specific branding as per Global and Regional Guidelines.
Create and develop messages for the various audience, manage content generation/calendar and execution to various channels.
He/she will manage Marketing Agencies, Media/Public Relations and collaborate with team members to manage Special Events.
Lead Market analytics, customer insights, and competitive intelligence through regular Market Update/Tracking.
Network and share best practices with other Marketing Teams to leverage ideas and materials across businesses and support cross-business communication efforts as needed
High energy/passion, ability to connect with the ground, high potential to move into future Product manager / Zone Manager / or ASEAN / APAC roles
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
5 to 7+ years of relevant industry experience, knowledge, and skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the organization
Ability to lead and influence project teams and functional leaders
