Job Description

Job Descriptions :

  • Make an accurate calculation of the Budget Draft (RAB) including the calculation of work plus or minus.
  • Check and ensure the availability of a budget for the proposed work, including submitting a budget transfer and supplements if needed
  • Collect and check all tender documents and contract administration
  • Submitting tenders, starting from RAB, online RAB, increasing workflow and FPT to TRM
  • Regularly updating on matters that can affect costs (such as: materials, prices, etc.).

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of working QS experience in Developer Company or Contractor
  • Computer literacy (ability to operate MS Office, AutoCad and QS Application)
  • Having knowledge to identify differences between tender drawings and construction drawings
  • Willing to be placed in Kota Wisata - Cibubur
