Back end Support a team of telemarketers from the call center and local marketing.
Date entry for daily bookings using OTM system and sending email blast to clients.
Booking hotel reservations through Marsha system, updating voucher log, OTM notes for Finance tracking.
Charging using EBC system for packages, vouchers and any upgrades.
Maintain log record for charging, refund, voucher etc.
Maintain log record for different department daily bookings.
Handle monthly reports to managers for call center booking result and performance.
Maintain good record/ filing system.
Updating new email blast as and when there are new promotions.
Updating OTM system for confirmation, cancellation, or important notes to support sales gallery.
Rotating shift on weekends for data entry and assist sales gallery for any enquiries related to bookings.
Performs other duties as appropriate.
Mengerti komputer tingkat Dasar (microsoft word, excel, power point, outlook, windows operating system).
Mengerti konsep maintenance pada jaringan fiber optic.
Moderate years of relevant managed services experience.
Identify problems and errors before they impact a clientâs service.
F5 Certifications (CA / CTS Levels).
Generate and processes merchandise data as necessary;
