Job Description

Manages the end-to-end recruitment process from source search to onboarding

Facilitate active and strategic thinking in proposing solutions to meet recruitment needs

Ensuring recruitment is facilitated and implemented properly in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Plan and implement Event Branding to support the hiring process

Manage contract employee status and assessments each month

Managing social media assets & recruitment sourcing portals
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the field of recruitment specialist and graduated from a leading university with majors in Psychology or HR Management

Have in-depth knowledge of the full cycle recruitment process and branding strategies

Have a interview skills and design graphic will be an advantage

Experienced in the use of HRIS, ATS, Portal Sourcing and Recruitment tools

Having the ability to analyze the results of psychological tests will be a consideration

Digital savvy
