Job description:

Based in Malaysia
Maintaining the digital platform and ensure all information are accurate and updated
Handling E-enquiries by improving the customer experience, executing customer order fulfillment, rectify issues in shipping
Manage all online activities in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, reporting
Work closely with the teams to ensure smooth operation of online store, including order fulfillment and logistics coordination
Stay abreast of latest industry trends, analyse competitors' strategies, and contribute new innovative ideas towards product improvement and the growth of the company
Grow the e-Commerce business via promotional strategy development, executing campaigns across as well as increase followers for the e-Commerce sites
Build and maintain all promotional tools and campaigns (online campaigns, promo codes, gift with purchase, product bundling) across all platforms
Plan marketing activities, promotional calendar, social media content calendar, product fact sheet
Undertaking other special assignments and ad-hoc jobs directed by management

Job requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, in Business Studies, Commerce, Digital Marketing or equivalent
1 year and above relevant working experience in E-commerce and online marketplaces
Proficiency in MS Office, Power Point, strong excel, and experience in photo editing software
Self-motivated driven, fast-learner, able to work-independently
Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies
Familiar with social media and online marketplaces & Web design
