Oobe.ai is a tech-enabled company that provides on demand hyperlocal food delivery services. We collaborate with local food merchants and high-rise buildings to deliver food to your doorstep.
We are expanding our operations in Indonesia, where we will be building a business that focuses on deliveries within office buildings. The goal of the platform is to connect users residing in buildings with F&B merchants in the area.
As our Business Relationship Manager , you will reach out to building management, clients and/or tenants to form partnerships, perform market research and analysis of potential businesses, collect data on our current business partners as well as our competitors, review different types of potential businesses and the financial risks and rewards associated with them, write reports based on your findings, and present them to managers or investors. With our ever-expanding client list, this role becomes increasingly important as we scale up our operations.
This position is open for experienced candidates, Indonesian citizen only, with an opportunity to work remotely and regular meet-ups
Job Description: Evaluate and assess potential businesses, clients and/or tenants to partner with
Develop and manage business development initiatives within business to secure greater transaction volume, expansion and overall growth from the business relationship
Build relationships with the businesses’ and/or clients’ senior management to drive trust, confidence, loyalty, awareness and mutual benefit
Use data to look for trends and problems and analyze communications, contracts, and negotiations
Develop, expand, and maintain external relationships with existing and future businesses
Prepare presentations and presenting findings to investors
Manage the partnership agreement, including negotiating rates agreements, structuring joint venture agreements, completing all necessary due diligence, and coordinating with other third-party providers
Organize training, planned maintenance, and other services to help clients get better and more efficient use from our services
Assist businesses and clients to set up online ordering and payment systems that simplify the commercial arrangements
Work closely with the Merchant Acquisition team to ensure seamless operations
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing and/or communications, with a preference for those with connections and networks in property management, existing network to existing businesses and/or clients within Jakarta area
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from relevant fields
Proven success record in business development and operational management
Able to source and negotiate partnership with potential clients/business partners
Proactive self-starter with strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, negotiation and presentation skills
Attentive to detail and tech-savvy
Strong financial modeling skills including cash flow analysis
Flexible to work on the fields as well as behind the desk
Reading, simple editing, analyzing, curating, and executing hundreds articles/contents per day.
