GrabMart allows customers to buy daily essentials from fresh food to facial cleansers from the convenience of their couch and get products home delivered within 1 hour. Darkstores (GrabMart Daily) is Grab’s own supermarket with higher control on end to end processes leading to an even better experience for our customers.
About the Role:
As a Growth Ops Lead, you will drive and own key initiatives to grow our business. You will be spending most of your time coordinating, collaborating, and problem-solving with various cross-functional teams to manage key growth projects, promotions, marketing exposure, and campaigns.
We are looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership for his/her work, is an independent and fast learner, and is self-driven to get things done. We believe a successful candidate has exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Day to Day Activities:
Drive and manage growth-focused initiatives.
Coordinate with relevant teams to manage promotions, marketing exposure, and participation in campaigns.
Liaise and collaborate with various stakeholders from different functions to ensure alignment.
Drive and improve eater visit-to-purchase conversions by identifying customer pain points and development opportunities.
Use data to propose and implement solutions and potential growth areas that will lead to improvement in key business metrics.
The must-haves:
3+ years of work experience (preferably in growth, strategy, or project management roles in fast-paced environments).
Exceptional analytical ability with logical and structural thinking.
Highly independent and fast learner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
Understanding of the Indonesian grocery market (both online and offline) is an advantage.
