HR- RECRUITMENT Specialist(Indonesian)-Work from Home
Job Description:
· Screening & short listing of candidates for clients’ interviews
· Regular posting of job advertisements & mining of prospective candidates
· Interviewing & assessing suitability of candidates & matching them with vacancies at client companies (Face to face/phone/video)
· Conducting reference checks
· Administering & negotiating of contracts/offer letters
· Managing and providing consultancy to candidates on employment queries
· Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
· Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
· Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a recruitment specialist, recruiter or similar role
· Hands on experience with the largest job sites like indeed, Job Street, Jobs DB, Boss Job
· Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like linked in, face book, Instagram and other social-media plat-forms
· Handles Bulk Manpower (Technical, Skilled, etc.)
· With background in BPO, IT and gaming industry is a plus
· Willing to do work from home set up
· Resident of Indonesia (specifically; Jakarta, etc.)
· With own Laptop and a high speed internet connection
· Can speak and write English or understand
· Knowledgeable in recruitment end-to end process
· Hardworking, diversified, and open for challenges
Contract length: 12 months
