About the Role
If you’re looking to be a part of a dynamic, highly-analytical team and an opportunity to dive deep into projects surrounding Ads and Promo, look no further. Demand Service Platform is part of the broader Gojek Ads & Promo group who manages end-to-end the ads & promo businesses at Gojek. As our Brand DSP Lead, will be responsible for managing a workstream or any project related to Ads & Promo. In this role, you’ll develop both hard skills: presentation design, and quantitative analysis, as well as soft skills: Stakeholder management and communication. The folks in the Sales team and Relationship Management team will be your companions on this ride. You will contribute to the overall Advertising & Promo Platform (APP)’s business strategy and collectively getting us even closer to our Northstar which is to become the go-to (pun intended) platform for digital ads for our merchant-partners.
What You Will Do
Analyze market size and feasibility for Ads/Promo solutions created
Create tactical SOPs for the solutions and organize the execution plan
Create necessary documentation (e.g. Business Requirement Document) for the Demand Services Platform team
Support the Sales team / Relationship management team in bringing the Ads / Promo solutions
Support the Data team for reporting of the solution performance
What You Will Need
At least 2 years of experience in Consulting, Accounting, Investment, e-Commerce, or working in Corporate Strategy or Corporate Finance in-house
Experience in utilizing advertising platforms (i.e. Facebook/Instagram Ads, e-commerce sellers)
Experience with Ads-related revenue streams is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Strong expertise in Google Sheets and Google Slides
Excellence relationship management capabilities in order to handle and prioritize internal stakeholders

The Demand Services Platform (DSP) team, a sub-pod of the APP group, is a team of 6 who come from diverse backgrounds in Management Consulting, Global tech, and national corporations. Starting in mid-2021, we've been building an automated and scalable business operation model through tech-based platforms (native features in our app and dedicated web portals), bringing more relevant content and offers to our users whilst scaling our revenue for our clients. So, as a member of our team, you'd be one of the founding members in seeing this project through to its fruition.
