Job Description

We’re looking for a talented Senior Editor to join the content team to produce high quality copy/articles on travel and take up day-to-day project management responsibilities. This is a full-time remote role, with fixed working hours.

Core responsibilities

  • Publish articles following company guidelines
  • Edit curated articles by our community of freelance writers
  • Communication with freelance writers’ community
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams on issues
  • Communicate with manager on daily tasks
  • Ability to manage/train team of editors and supervise day-to-day queries
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams on issues
  • Create guides, videos, and other training materials for writers/editors on a need basis
  • Be flexible to take up ad hoc projects and tasks on a need basis
  • Helping manager hit monthly editorial goals

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in content/editorial work
  • Passionate about travel and writing
  • Proficient in English and excellent grammar skills
  • Ability to manage the team and ad hoc editorial tasks provided independently
  • Strong research skills and critical thinking
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Team player
  • Basic photo/video editing skills [bonus]

Important details:

  • Five working days (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM SGT - includes 1-hour lunch break)
  • Eligible for local public leaves
  • Eligible for paid medical and paid leaves [after completion of 3-month probation period]
  • Eligible for progress in both designation and compensation within the company

Compensation will be discussed based on industry experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp7,478,013 - Rp10,682,875 per month
