This function will be reporting to the GWS Senior Workplace Manager and will be based at Firmenich manufacturing plant at Karawang.

Key Responsibilities:
Supports facilities management (site development, site maintenance and employee workplace services) functions locally where defined by the solid line manager

Manage the contractors to respect company culture and values and their performance to execute procedures and respect the plan activities defined by Facilities leadership team, following corporate guidelines within agreed timeline with expected deliverables and within allocated budget

Supports the user community in their daily usage of Facilities services

Ensures business continuity for critical services and property (including maintenance)

Optimizes the delivery of Facilities services locally, including improvement programs and adherence to policy requirements

Having key interaction with multiple stakeholders i.s Engineering, Purchasing, HS&E, Quality, HR

We value:
Degree in technical background (ie: Civil Engineering/ Building Construction Development, Architecture, Mechanical/ Electrical/ HVAC Engineering) or equivalent with the minimum 3 years of related to Building Development Industry and Facility Management Service of works experience

Good knowledge when using Microsoft Office (Words, Power Point and Excel are a must)

Contribute to team success, Quality orientation, Continuous improvement

Positive work attitude, Self-Starter, structured

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels both verbal or written (English and Local Language is a must)
