As a member of our team, you'll have a direct impact on the success of Kasual. You will be taking ownership over making key decisions and taking specs from initial design to developing important apps which hundreds of customers use daily.
What Will You Do:
Maintain, organize, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies on a regular basis to achieve predetermined targets optimally.
Working closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to execute marketing strategies for internal interests or partners or external clients.
Provide strategic direction and technical execution on digital marketing channels to related teams, both internal and partners.
Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets effectively across all channels for internal or partner interests.
Meet the needs of Casual clients according to predetermined agreements.
Conduct audits on Casual digital marketing channels periodically if necessary.
Actively researching new digital marketing channels that can have a positive impact on Casual.
Provide reports on the strategies that have been developed to the CEO or related team.
Performing Search Engine Optimization on casual websites for organic growth
Planning Long Tail and Short Tail Keywords for SEO optimization, which will be aligned with the needs / activities of other teams visually and content.
Requirement:
· Experienced in developing go to market plans around key initiatives
· Excellent interpersonal and people leadership
· Minimum 2 years experience in related field
· Good initiative and creative
· Have a good sense in creative work and creating branding content.
· Willing to learn and high adaptability.
