Job Descriptions:
Involved in Financial Projects:
Perform UAT testing and its documentation for specific financial projects under supervision of Line Manager
Make sure coordination and collaboration amongst Accounting, IT, and other related departments during the projects
Coupa Administrator:
Responsible in handling and coordinating with IT and Finance team if there are any problem/error in payment process
Responsible in maintaining the historical updates for the changes in Commodity (Taxonomy listing)
Coordinating with COUPA team to create, amend, and delete the COA registered in certain commodities
PIC Model UDA for Finance and Accounting:
Responsible in coordinating and assisting annually (Half Year and Year End) UDA list control for Finance & Accounting.
Maintain the updated UDA list for Finance & Accounting and make sure the updated list already in line with the updated UDA Policy.
Provide the final UDA (HY and YE) list to the Risk team
Sun GL coordinator:
Responsible in handling administration of Sun GL and coordinating with Accounting team to create, amend, and delete the COA in Sun GL.
Responsible in maintaining the historical updates of the change of Sun GL accounts.
Job Requirements:
Fresh Graduate/last year student from Accounting Major
Good in English & daily business communications
Excellence knowledge in Microsoft excel
Good knowledge in Accounting
Available to join the internship for 6 months period
