Ensure smoothness inbound and outbound activities from ID DFC (Jakarta) to customer national wide and B2B offline store delivery using optimal option of distribution cost.
Responsible on importation and Customs Clearance process of import finish good and NCG from affiliates, factories, and liaise with 3PL partner, Freight Forwarder, Customs Broker, Customs and LS provider.
Collaborate with other regional Logistics team members in shipments follow-up and investigations.
Control the KPIs of Freight Forwarder and Custom Broker (average days of clearance, non value added cost, delivery lead time, damage/shortage).
Manage the quality of delivery to match with SLA and settle any issue and complaint from Customer on delivery process.
Be the contact point for CX and WH for any day-to-day operational enquiries and issues related to shipments
Set-up frameworks & metrics to monitor all logistics performance to maintain high level of service quality, shortest lead-time and best customer experience.
Preparing & maintaining all logistics internal & external reports. Also 3PLs invoices, Duty and Tax invoice validation
Control the KPIs of 3PL partner on on-time delivery base on SLA, COD remittance and customer complaints.
Administer and monitor 3PL claims in cases of damage or loss.
Work with cross functional teams to optimize end-to-end processes for both online and retail stores.

Bachelor degree in operations management, engineering, supply chain & logistics
Have an experience from Online logistic and start up company are preferred
At least 2-3 yrs in Logistics & Supply Chain field, preferably in both B2B and B2C.
Wide knowledge in x-border logistics, customs clearance and duty & taxes.
Exposed to pick-up and drop-off solutions in Indonesia.
Extremely data driven with strong analytical skill, formulate insight and improvement plans
High proficiency in G-Sheet, G-Docs, G-Slide, Excel, SQL skill is a plus
Self-motivated, independent, multi-tasker, energetic & adapt well in a fast-paced startup culture.
Excellent English communication skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to try different things and think out of the box
