Areas of Responsibilities :

Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability. Make sure brand strategy align with global campaign;
Establishing budgets, sales performance and sales estimates to effectively forecast consumer demand;
Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events;
Planning and executing all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media;
Ensuring product assortment, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities;
Develop merchandise plan (product ranging) to ensure the effectiveness in the implementation of sales strategies;
Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding;
Manage stock inventory to ensure availablity of product effectively and efficiently;
In coordination with Demand Planning, Shipping, Legal & WH Team ensure the availabilty of product as per plan;
Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales and ensure accuracy on data related to the products
Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI;
Manage all relations with principles/suppliers including, but not limited to, regular communication, planning, reporting, and negotiate pricing;
Identifying new product / SKU opportunities for own brand in order to maintain brand's freshness and innovations.

The Qualified Candidates :

A Bachelor degree holder from a reputable University
Minimum 5 year experience in any of the following areas: new brand development, sales and marketing, merchandising and supply chain
Preferably having exposures in Retail bussines
Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, Comfortable working with different levels of people
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite with great analytical skills
