JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Make sure that tickets are achievable, challenging, efficient and in line with business plans in terms of tires & tonnage per day, by analyzing ticket proposals, and discussing them with Production and MDD Manager.
  • Analyze situations, pinpoint bottleneck areas and work with PC staff, Business Team & Production Managers to solve scheduling and performance problems.
  • Make sure that all machines & equipment are scheduled in line with the final objective, i.e. meeting the monthly ticket.
  • Communicate on plans and performances to all associates / departments concerned.
  • Make sure all Schedules are achieved.


JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Education: University graduate with Engineering discipline
  • Experience: Min. 3 years in tire manufacturing
  • Knowledge: Manufacturing systems and limitations, specifications, machines line-up and capability
  • Managerial Skill: Change agent, strong personality, motivated
  • Technical Skill: Good interpersonal skills, convincing skills, good oral and communication skills
  • Personal Characteristic: Energetic, enthusiastic, insistence, initiative, smart and hard working individuals
