Work closely with international legal and product teams to review and advise on advertising, e-commerce, adtech and other products, features and platforms from a SEA legal perspective;
Provide business stakeholders with legal and compliance advice across a wide range of subject areas, including privacy, intellectual property, platform/publisher liability, product liability, advertising, contract and consumer protection laws;
Draft, implement and manage product or platform terms of use, privacy policies, and FAQs;
Draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements with advertising agencies, advertisers, publishers, e-commerce vendors, creators, service providers and ad tech companies;
Provide legal advice to business marketing team on marketing campaigns and initiatives, and draft related agreements;
Assist with updating contract models and templates as necessary; and

Must haves:
More than 3 years' experience working in an in-house legal department at a technology company or in a reputable law firm; and
Strong command of English and ability to draft and negotiate contracts in English as well as Bahasa Indonesia.
Strongly preferred:
Experience in media and technology law, and the advertising sales business model
Experience working with international teams in different time zones in a cross-functional environment;
Strong drafting, presentation and communication skills;
