Job Description
  • Assist in greeting and escorting guests to their tables according to departmental procedures, when needed. Ensure that tables are set to best service the guests
  • Anticipate guest’s needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day. Promote positive guest relations at all time
  • Be aware of guest reactions and confer frequently with superior and other service staff to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Provide feedback of any problems to the Superior


Work Experience
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in similar role or diploma in Hotel Administration is preferred.
  • Able to speak and write in English and to operate common computer applications for the job.
  • Able to interact confidently with guests in a naturally friendly and engaging manner
  • Work fast as well as to deal with complaints patiently in order to turn them into positive experiences.
  • Passionate about serving guests.
