Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Involved in contemporary HR practices and process improvements;
  • Plan, prepare & execute our monthly employee engagement events;
  • Conduct end to end industrial relations administration (employee contracts and other IR documents);
  • Handling close communication & coordination with all stakeholders in industrial relations & Employee relations subjects;
  • Responsible to ensure HR Policies are updated & implemented accordingly;
  • Actively involved in HR Policies Compliance & Enforcement;
  • To be engaged and administer related employee;
  • Journey from onboarding to employee exit.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any educational background.
  • Having 3 year experience in HR scope will be a plus point, but fresh graduates with deep passion, creativity, and high energy also welcome to apply
  • Comfortable with training a versatile audience from front-line to management level
  • Have some visual poster design will be an advantage
  • Preferably possess the knowledge of labor law and its implementation
  • Strong communication & can-do attitude is a must
  • Positive poise, people-oriented personality
