Job Description
Planning display packages for each campaign and preparing pitch decks,
Systematic documentation and tracking of each moving part of the campaign execution,
Coordinating with channel owners on bookings and execution,
Liaison with MS Account Manager/KAM on booking confirmations, requirements, timelines, creative guidelines and package booking in the system,
Performing quality control checks on submitted creatives,
Preparing proof of execution during campaign period,
Performing checks on traffic and pricing during campaign period,
Preparing template for post mortem reports.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in E-Commerce or similar industry ( Advertising Agency/Media Publisher/Tech startup )
Strong ability to pay attention to detail,
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills,
Able to work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision,
Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.
Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Extreme attention to details
Fast turn-around working style is required
Pro-active entrepreneurial attitude
Bachelor Degree from information technology.
Create and maintain test libraries, databases, and test environments.
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
Manage procurement of vendors and services.
