We are looking for Safety & Security Specialist who will be based in Surabaya.


HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

  • Ensure implementation of SMP 2.1 Procedures as well as other security-related internal and external regulations and standards
  • Perform an end-to-end security incident management
  • Mitigate and handle potential security incidents, special situation & emergency situation related to security issues and natural disasters
  • Set up and utilize integrated Security System according to standard and business respective process
  • Enhance security awareness amongst employees and contractor through various communication channels
  • Manage, review performance, and develop third party's manpower and services inline with the dynamic internal business process and needs


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor's degree holder in any discipline
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in leading a team, preferably in security & safety in multinational FMCG or corporate business experience
  • 'Gada Utama' and 'AK3 Umum' certified and knowledge in Safety will be advantageous
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Have ability to work in a team (especially cross-functionally), great interpersonal skills, and a strong drive for result
  • PC Skills: Word, Excels, PowerPoint
  • What would make you stand out: project management capabilities, technical know how, specifically on electronic security device & system, working autonomously and driving for results, strong interpersonal skills and ability to convince
