KUALIFIKASI:

  • Minimal pendidikan terakhir S1 semua jurusan
  • Berpengalaman minimal 3 tahun dalam bidang Learning Development
  • Usia minimal 28 tahun
  • Bersedia penempatan di Kelapa Gading, Jakarta
  • Kemampuan yang harus dimiliki: TNA, Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, Presentation Skill, Kreatif, Inovatif, Digitalisasi
  • Mampu create & develop modul training / pembelajaran
  • Mampu mendevelop story board untuk e-learning
  • Berpengalaman dalam develop e-learning content/module
  • Mampu merencanakan training curriculum
  • Berpengalaman dalam memberikan company training

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN:

  • Merencanakan kegiatan training berkala
  • Menyusun materi training dengan berbagai metode
  • Mendesign & memberikan training dengan berbagai metode (e-learning dan class-based program)
  • Menganalisa dan membuat modul development
  • Mengevaluasi efektifitas pelatihan & modul yang telah di susun
