Partner with the best
Technical Support Engineer is responsible for Post Sales support of Technical issue. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request. Develops an operational year plan for the own department activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures. Contributes to plan of larger unit.
As Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for:
Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support -Resolves post sales Technical Issues. As the technical depth required to resolve an issue increase, the “level” of skill set increases. For some products 1 individual may handle levels 1,2 and 3 while for other products these may be separate individuals with increasing skill sets.
Works together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.
Handles standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning.
Handles targeted clients. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Have Minimum of 4 years of experience in Services
Have experience in Coiled Tubing
