Job Description

Project Tasks
  • Conduct Project Management process according to applied BSI Project Methodology based on the determined role.
  • Proactively learn new technologies to enrich the knowledge of related unit.
  • Conduct requirement analysis, with discussion, create mock up, etc, and create appropriate to-be design document, and testing scenarios.

Operation Tasks

  • Provide periodic report based on the needs of related organizations requirement.
  • Support to realize improvement resumed in SII document.
  • Resolve incident to ensure the SLA achievement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum graduated from reputable university, Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or Science.
  • Minimum 1 years experience as Business Analyst/System Analyst/Consultant.
  • Strong experience with about 1 years of project.
  • Intensive experience in exercising IT Project Management and Business Process Improvement
  • Having SQL skill is a plus
  • Understand of IT Services Market & Business
  • Have good communication, interpersonal skill, and english proficient (written and oral)
  • Have good MS Office skill sets.
