Job Description

Main Responsibilities :

  • Grow and achieving sales target of fluidcon, drill spare part, maintenance services and rock drill tools in South and Central Kalimantan.
  • Grow and achieve target number of active customers in South and Central Kalimantan.
  • Achieve hunting KPI set and agreed with Management.
  • Responsible with customer satisfaction by having close coordination and collaboration cross department in Epiroc.
  • Responsible to settle business from Prospecting (lead), Approach, Negotiation, Close deal, delivery monitoring & right invoicing until payment.
  • Work together with sales equipment salesman and product marketing team to deliver solid value proposition to customers in his/her territory.
  • Become brand ambassador and focal point Epiroc in represented area.
  • Ensure SHEQ procedure has been implemented.
  • Immediately report to direct superior any "Near Miss, Incident and Accident“.

Requirements :

Educational & Experiences :

  • Minimum Diploma Degree from any major or equivalent with work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales area from construction or heavy equipment for mining industry.

Knowledge, Skills, and Personality:

  • An organized, sales-driven and customer-orientated personality.
  • Have good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently & a good team player.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Computer literate.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in Bahasa Indonesian and Bahasa English both oral and written communication and be able to present confidently.
  • Having Epiroc product knowledge would be an advantage.
