Get to know the Role We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst. We believe a successful candidate has analytical thinking and innovation, active learning, problem - solving, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way. This role is required because we need you to respond and help us to decide a strategic decision by identifying interesting and important patterns in data and providing quick answers buried in tons of tables, graphs, and log files. In return, you will get an opportunity to be part of a Great Team. Day-to-Day Activities
  • You provide GDC daily, weekly, monthly Reports from Zendesk, Queuing System, GrabKios, GMC Onboarding, and Project related with all verticals
  • You are responsible for analyze and giving recommendations to achieve GDC OKRs
  • You will send daily reminders for Backlog Ticket, 6H Ticket, and many more
  • You will manage GDC Headcount and Schedule including Virtual GDC
  • You will manage Vendor related to GDC such as Queuing system and Virtual GDC
  • You will collaborate with GDC Leads, Grab Support function, GrabKios , Regional Voice Team, and others related vertical
The Must-Haves
  • Have a personality align with Grab culture and Grab 4H ( Heart, Honour, Hunger, and Humility )
  • Minimum qualifications for the role S1 from any major
  • Technical Skills required for the role Ms.Excel, Ms.Power Point, Ms.Word, Gsheet, Gslide, Gdoc, Gform, have basic knowledge Troubleshooting with Computer / Laptop and System, Analytical Thinking, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, English )
  • Overall years of experience 1 Year
