Manulife Asset Management Indonesia Client Advisory and Services is proactively supporting business, sales and servicing activities to Institutional Clients, which consists of providing administrative support to clients’ transaction activities, managing and administering data related to business and sales activities, as well as preparing the data for business data dashboard and reports for sales and business making decisions, supporting sales people in securing and growing the clients base, including the coordination with internal stakeholders and preparation of sales proposal and presentation materials

We are looking for someone with:

  • University Degree graduated.

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a capital market client servicing / sales support experience in asset management

  • Fluent verbal and writing communication in English and Bahasa

  • Strong orientation in team working in corporate culture

  • Strong skills in data analysis and management, minimum through excel spreadsheet program. Skills in various data analytic and management program such as VBA, Python and SQL will be plus points

  • To possess knowledge in finance and Indonesian capital market

  • Demonstrated attention to details whilst sourcing, analyzing and preparing data into business report/data dashboard which is utilized by business teams.

  • Demonstrated quality and accuracy in all work aspects

  • Demonstrated capability in managing works prioritization and well time management

Nice to Haves:

  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and exercise judgment in a changing environment

On the job you will:

1. Involving in sales communication and interactions with clients, especially in supporting Sales Team to achieve targeted business and sales numbers achievement

2. As a point of contact in daily routine activities related to sales, such as receiving clients’ ad-hoc queries and requests, as well as sourcing and collecting data and information related to operational aspects, e.g portfolio and transactions. Ensuring clients’ queries are attended timely and coordinating with Sales-People in providing the responses on timely manner

3. Supporting in sales and business events/programs such as business-roadshows, sales campaigns, clients-gatherings and other sales activities which are held to strengthen clients relationship and campaigning investment products/solutions to clients

4. Supporting in materials preparation related to business/sales presentation and ensuring quality, accuracy of data/info presented within, as well as securing compliance clearance and approval

5. Supporting in documentation and minuting business/sales meetings/interactions, as well as ensuring effective records administration to maintain convenient record-retrieval

6. Supporting in data, document, report and correspondence preparation required by clients/prospective clients in each deal bidding/request for proposal/request for information/due diligence

7. Supporting new clients’ on-boarding process, including ensuring clients’ submission of all required data/documentations in KYC (Know Your Customers) due diligence process

8. Ensure the timeliness and quality/accuracy of clients’ routine report distribution submission

9. Supporting data and business reporting system development by working across teams

10. Supporting analysis and reporting of clients’ transaction activities, including clients’ investment performance analysis and informing to business teams through business data dashboard/report

11. Supporting data and information preparation required in ad-hoc business/sales project
