Persyaratan

Bachelor’s or Master degree in engineering, design product, graphic design, graphics engineering or related field from an accredited university or college

more than 5 years professional experiences working in tube plastic packaging manufacture with main process are in injection and printing are mandatory
More than 5 years experience in project management on area of innovation process & development of tube
Willing based at Cikarang, West Java.
Tanggung Jawab

Coordinate and monitor the preparation and realization of new projects in the Product & Development Department and the implementation of the development/modification of existing projects, so that projects can be carried out according to the planned time to meet customer demands
Receive requests to develop materials/MB from Sales to meet customer demands in new Projects and/or fulfill requests for internal substitute materials that may be used.
Coordinate with Production, MPC and Logistics in preparing the Trial Material/MB implementation plan to equalize perceptions, objectives, implementation and evaluations that need to be carried out in the implementation of the trial material/MB.
Create and/or check Product Specifications, Product Pictures, Product Descriptions, Product Composition List, Approval Samples, Layout Decorations and Standard Packaging made by product designers before being submitted to sales, customers and Division Heads to ensure these supporting documents according to actual conditions and meet the requirements provided by customers
Check and give consideration in the design of the packaging (box) and its arrangement together with the Product Designer to ensure that the packaging design is acceptable and in accordance with customer requirements.
Check the artwork that has been made by the Artwork Processor to ensure the correct artwork as desired by the production perform Mold and Printing validation together with Trial Analyst which aims to evaluate the capability of the Production process in meeting customer demands.
